Dragaapps is an organization which develops applications and themes for Shopify users. Any person who intends to rely upon or use the information contained herein in any way is solely responsible for independently verifying the information and obtaining independent expert advice if required.
We do collect contact information (email address) for helping out our clients to install applications and themes in there Shopify Store. We also send mails to our clients in order to help them out with the issues they are facing and for the updates in regards to the changes that are been updated in our apps and themes for customer’s better engagement with our apps and also they can understand the updates better.
You have the right to view, amend, or delete the information that we hold about you. All the information that our applications uses are limited to you. We will provide the help at free of charge for the installation of our applications/themes to your store, except in the event that request’s any customization unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in which case we reserve the right to charge a proportionate administration fee or refuse.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
